I did 4 MEP parts for you TECHNICALLY (one of them was a quick filler for just in case someone didn't get their part in time for a MEP Luna hosted, but they did so it didn't make the MEP. But I love it so much, I still wanted you to see it ;3) but only 3 of them made it into MEPs for you. But that's okay!

Note: When my friend who hosted this MEP told me that they still haven't gotten the part from someone for this MEP, I offered to do a filler part for just in case by the time they needed to put the MEP together, the part still hasn't been received. Luckily for them, it was. But I actually loved what I did here so I figured I would add this to my collection anyways plus advertise the beautiful MEP it was supposed to be a part of. I put the part it was supposed to be here (Part 17) as a result. :)
