It sets your sanity to 0 and attracts shadow creatures, just like the nightmare amulet. However, they stay neutral unless provoked.Using a bone armor with this, you can farm nightmare fuel indefinitely, even if you make some mistakes.Remember, the bone helm is what prevents the shadow creatures from attacking. If you remove it, they will instantly attack you.

Start the moon caller staff event.Step 3. After a few werepigs and hounds spawn, remove the star caller staff.Step 4. Quickly teleport werepigs and hounds, before they turn into moonrocks. If you want multiple suspicious moonrocks, you can use ice flingomatics to freeze them. Frozen werepigs&hounds won't turn into moonrocks until they thaw.Step 5. Return to your Telelocator Focus and watch them turn into suspicious moonrocks.You don't really need to use an ice staff, but it's much more convenient with it.The suspicious moonrocks will never break free, unless they are too close to the moon stone.
