The Forward alumni community came together in London to share experiences, exchange perspectives, and connect in person. Alumni had the opportunity to meet and learn from McKinsey experts, connect with one another at different stages of their journeys, and build relationships that extend beyond the program.

At the heart of McKinsey.org Forward is a global community of learners. Forward is a free 10-week online learning program that helps people at different stages of their careers build practical skills for the future of work.

More than 290,000 learners have completed Forward, developing skills in adaptability, problem-solving, effective communication, and digital and AI fluency, and becoming part of a community that continues beyond the learning experience.
