The Big Arch Burger from McDonald's is a new item they're releasing (in slightly different versions) across the world. The UK version features a poppy-sesame-seed-bun, lettuce, onions, crispy onions, white cheddar cheese slices, two quarter pounder beef patties and Big Arch Sauce.

Big Arch Sauce has been created to replicate the iconic taste of Big Mac sauce but with some small changes. The sauce doesn't feature gherkins and has a slightly more intense savoury flavour from a hint of tomato.
