McDonald's call it 'Refreshing mix of Sprite Zero with a sugar-free cherry blossom flavoured syrup, served over ice' - I call it a pretty expensive up-charge on their normal fountain drink.

HOWEVER, my review might surprise you becuase this cherry-like, blossom tasting subtle candy tasting soda was an INTERESTING new addition to the menu.
