SCOTTVILLE — Scottville Elementary Principal Chris Etchison talks about the facility needs being addressed in the Mason County Central bond proposal, especially needs at the lower elementary. On May 2, Mason County Central Schools is seeking a 1.6 mill increase to raise $31.54 million.
