I was notified by @wadmodderschalton5763 two years ago about upscaling and interpolating the alternate longer version of this ad, but I had no idea what he mean't by this. Yesterday, he gave me the name of the video.

For some context, this is an ad created by Shane Keats and edited by Greg Bertrand in 2006. The ad shows someone (probably Shane) turning on the computer and accidentally typing google.com as goggle.com. This leads to significant amounts of malware being installed through drive-by downloads such as SpySheriff and the computer being destroyed. This ad made goggle.com one of the most infamous typosquatting websites. However, what wasn't known before is that goggle.com wasn't the only typosquatting website to be featured. There was another typosquatting website that was cut from the final release called yhaho.net (a typosquatter of yahoo.net).

Two weeks before the ad was completed, Greg would post two cuts of the ad, one without the text and the other with text. I also should note that Greg is the editor for most of Mcafee's videos for 2006 like Clocking the Red.

Also as of April 2026, goggle has been shut down
