During Sea Future, MBDA announced it has signed a contract with the National Directorate of Naval Armaments for the production of the TESEO MK2/E anti-ship missile, which is currently under development for the Italian Navy.
TESEO MK2/E is a new step for the TESEO family - internationally known as OTOMAT - delivering a maximum range beyond 350km. Among its latest innovations is a new dual seeker, at the leading edge of technology, guaranteeing improved anti-ship missions, and adding a high precision land attack mode.
On the topic of surface to air missiles, MBDA is now proposing a full range of layered air defense solutions, from long range and medium range, down to short range and very short range.
