Thanks to investors who saw promise in this historic complex, the Mayo Mill in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine, will reopen its doors with a new mission. The multi-building facility will bring 42 new jobs to this small Piscataquis County town and house eight businesses, including a boutique hotel and café; 22 market-rate apartments; a year-round farmers market; and a data center with expanded broadband Internet access.
