I spent a week in Essaouira thinking...maybe I should move here?? As a female solo travelling in Morocco, I had the most magical time recharging in my solitude and exploring Essaouira. There was so much to love. The warmth of people's welcoming personalities and their hospitality as we shared conversations over sweet mint tea. Freshly grilled sardines for lunch. The narrow streets of the medina. The stillness of the sky. The spaciousness of the sea. It is a place that has a special energy and a certain magic that can't be explained by words alone. It is a magic that must be felt. I hope you can feel a little of that magic through this video.
