Ingredients List:
6 Servings:
- 800g of lamb cut into chunks
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of stock (lamb or chicken)
- 2 table spoons of olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 1 large carrot
- 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
- 1/2 of ground ginger
- 1/2 of cinnamon
- 1/2 of black pepper
- 1/2 of Cumin
- 1/2 of paprika
- 1/2 of coriander
- 1/2 of honey
- Pinch of turmeric
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Tablespoon of Butter

Toppings:
