I've never been able to afford one of their machines, but I have bought some tooling from the, It's been a terrible experience overall. My latest was an experience with their Google adwords where I wound up with some inserts that were not even close to the inserts I needed. In my opinion that's dishonest. They don't actually even sell what I actually need. 20% restocking fee... okay fine. Must use their shipping label... okay fine... except to use it I have to shut down the shop and drive into town. Do they list a mailing address... yep, but its either invalid or they refused my shipment. Its actually cheaper for me to throw $100 in the trash than to return them at this point. Heck, I decided in the future I'll just buy my cheap Chinese Inserts on eBay instead of buying Chinese inserts from HAAS. No middleman. Cheaper.
