The Maximum Power Transfer Theorem says that the maximum power will be delivered to a load when the load resistance equals the source resistance. This can be proven with a calculus approach, but this video takes a numerical approach to show an example with power calculations at various load resistances to find the load resistance when power is maximum. Surprise, surprise, this is when load resistance equals source resistance
