This company Broke my wheelchair. I watch Gary remove the back of my wheelchair it broke. He said he needs to take it back to the shop. They could not fix it. 3 month later I called 1 time to ask for an update and was asked if could wait a few more month as they did not want to pay out of pocket and were trying to go through warranty. My chair never folded or worked correctly Never. I need it to fold to get in and out of my vehicle making this a horrible experience. I then called once and asked for an update and the lady said she did not see any info and would have the manger call me back I said no problem thank you. Next thing you know I get a call from the owner who was very apologetic and sorry until I said this is not acceptable and I am writing a bad review. This is when he starts to lie and say things that never ever happen. This is disgusting that they can be in business slandering my name and what happened. I will be going to file a lawsuit as phone records will show I only called once never talked to anyone but the one lady and no one will show up in court to say I was ever rude to them because it’s all lies. This company is dishonest disgusting and 2 years later my chair is not fixed.
