MAX RALLY - on the Commodore Amiga 1200 . Published by Fortress in 1998. A very late top down racer. I believe this was released as a Public Domain game rather than a full Commercial Release.

As usual, it's not about perfect game play, but easing stress, having some fun and seeing what the game would have felt like on your first or second go.
