On August 10th, 2018, 21-year-old **Matthew Jonathan Weaver Jr.** disappeared near **Rosas Overlook** in the Santa Monica Mountains.

His silver BMW was later found at the end of a rough trail near the edge of a cliff. After the car was found, hikers called 911 after hearing screams in the area. Matthew has never been found.
