LANSING, Ill. — Matt Wilhelm spent much of Wednesday evening on one wheel.
The professional BMX flatland rider balanced, spun, and climbed a wall during his show outside the Lansing Public Library. Between tricks, he told kids about finishing last at his first X Games, being hit by a car while riding his bike, and the years it took to become a national champion.
