Mathmos Neo Wall lava lamp has a number of features that make it easier to put up than most wall lights. The lead simply hangs down the wall and plugs into a standard socket, it can be tidied up by the optional cable grip. No need to hold the whole lamp while fixing it to the wall, attach the back plate first then slot on the lamp.
