You can't do this unless you edit the JSON files. It's a simple thing to do. Give Ayano's appearance to Kokona and Dairoku's appearance to Riku, change their names and info and switch all four of their student ID photos and voila! You can matchmake Ayano and Dairoku! That's the same thing I did with Ayano and Budo. I put some text with Ayano and Dairoku's name during the confession scene on top of the actual text in the recorded video.
