10-year-old Prince Adam (Galitzine) crashes to Earth and is separated from his magical Sword of Power — the only link to his home on Eternia. After being separated for 15 years, he tracks it down... and is whisked away back to Eternia where he discovers his home shattered under the fiendish, evil rule of Skeletor (Jared Leto). To save his family and his world, Adam must join forces with his closest allies, Teela (Mendes) and Duncan/Man-At-Arms (Elba), and embrace his true destiny as He-Man — the most powerful man in the universe.

LAIKA CEO Travis Knight directs the movie from Mattel Films, Amazon MGM Studios, and Escape Artists, with a screenplay by Chris Butler, who wrote and directed both 'ParaNorman' and 'Missing Link' for LAIKA.
Mattel Films’ Robbie Brenner, and Escape Artists’ Todd Black, Jason Blumenthal, and Steve Tisch produce. Tim Burke serves as VFX supervisor; Rich Yeomans serves as VFX producer. VFX studios involved include Cinesite, Clear Angle Studios, DNEG, ILM, Proof, Inc., and Rodeo FX.
Masters of the Universe releases exclusively in theaters on June 5, 2026.
