Operate a CPG digital readout convection oven with a straightforward set of controls for fan speed, cook mode, and temperature. After preheating, load your product and use the cook timer as a reminder, silencing the buzzer by pressing in the time knob. Cooking continues until the temperature is turned off by rotating the thermostat counterclockwise, then the finished product can be removed. For rapid cooldown, leave the power switch on, open the doors, set fan mode to COOL, and run the fan speed on HIGH to cool the oven cavity quickly.
