For quotes that are more than 5 lines and you can copy and paste your part numbers from an Excel file, MISUMI Online has a special pad in both the order and quote screens.

Click the “Copy and Paste from Excel” button, this will pop up a screen in which you can paste your part numbers and quantities for each into. If your Excel file has a header row, click yes. The second screen is where you can specify what each column represents. For this example, the first column is your internal part number, the second column is the MISUMI part number and the third is the quantity. Clicking next brings up a summary of what you have entered. If everything is correct, click “Complete”.

Your part numbers will now reflect on the Quote screen.
