Convert your quote to an order, by accessing your quote in the “Quote History” tab where you can also access your “Order History”.

- For those with Corporate Accounts, you can access quotes made by other users by clicking “All Users” to see every quote that’s been created on the account or you can specify a user to see the quotes that specific person created.

- To access your quotes, simply click “Search” where you can see the status of your quotes whether they are still being confirmed or processed. To process a completed quote, click on the quote number, scroll to the bottom and click “Convert to Order”.

- On the blue order screen, be sure that all gray fields are completed and correct including the Customer PO Reference number.

- Clicking “next” brings you to the shipping tab where you can specify how you’d like your order to ship.

- “Ship complete” will have all the lines in your order ship together at one time.

“Ship partially” will have items shipped as soon as they are ready.

- “Specify ship dates” allows you to select the ship date for each item by
clicking on the calendar of each line item and selecting your dates.
