Tea brewing has many parameters which you can play with which will change the experience of your tea. In this video I simplify all of the geekery to explain the main parameters and what changes they can make to your tea.

We will talk about water, teaware, leaf to water ratio, temperature and brewing times. I will be giving you my guidelines from which you can play and find your own perfect brews.
