A 1996 PC strategy game by SimTex / MicroProse. This soundtrack was extracted from the game data and cleaned in iZotope RX 6. The original PCM was very noisy. Most of the noise is gone while hopefully preserving the music. Definitely not perfect, but I think it's a clear improvement over the original audio. The shorter tracks are looped twice.
