With the launch of master nightmare hunts comes the ability to work on the Harbinger title for Shadowkeep. Kill the Fanatic in under 10 minutes and you can claim the Time Trial: Insanity Triumph.
I forgot to record when I first got the triumph so got some friends that didn't have it and went back in. Even though the timer says 10:01 at the end, both of my teammates confirmed that they received the triumph. Loadout isn't a big deal, just make sure you have a strong DPS option with someone that can easily break both arc and solar shields. We were all in the low 960s.
