Day 37. Using a metronome on beats 2 and 4 is a classic timing exercise that can transform your groove. Set it to half tempo (e.g., 70 bpm for a 140 bpm feel), so clicks are on 2 and 4. The challenge is to make that metronome groove. It’s an old but gold method to sharpen your timing.
