Shoutout to @offearth3d for this incredible Master Chief MKV forearm build.
For this piece, the forearm was molded using brush-on silicone, supported with a rigid mold jacket, then cast with Alumilite Flex 60 to create a flexible, wearable cosplay piece.

It’s a great example of how silicone mold making and flexible casting resin can work together to capture detail while still giving the final piece the movement needed for a costume build.
