Victoria Nece is the Principal Product Manager for Motion Graphics at Adobe, leading the After Effects product team. As a product manager, Victoria shapes the direction and features of Adobe’s flagship motion graphics toolset, a product she’s been using since she was 13.
Wes McDermott is a technical artist and strives to improve his work by finding a balance between technical knowledge and artistic expression. He leads the Worldwide Substance 3D Evangelism team at Adobe and is known as an expert Substance teacher and the voice behind many Substance tutorials and presentations. Wes is also the author of The PBR Guide: A Handbook for Physically-Based Rendering, Real Word MODO, and Creating 3D Game Art for the iPhone with Unity.
