Massachusetts State Rep. Francisco Paulino has been arrested and charged for alleged pandemic benefit fraud, the U.S. Attorney's Office and FBI Boston announced Wednesday morning. Watch U.S. Attorney for Massachusetts Leah Foley hold a news conference at 11 a.m. to speak about the indictments against Paulino, as well as charges against Lawrence Mayor Brian DePeña.
