Hidden away from everyone working as a rogue special ops faction is the organisation known as Cerberus. An organisation who will do anything to better humanity no matter the cost to any other race in the system. Run by one man known only as The Illusive Man, Cerberus would build their forces and transform into one of the largest military operations within the galaxy during the events of The Reaper War.

Using any and all races for their illegal experiments Cerberus would become known as a terrifying and unethical organisation that would undermine everything the Citadel councils were trying to build. But what started Cerberus, what did they really want and what experiments did they undergo to build this organisation.

This is the lore behind Cerberus & their leader, The Illusive Man.
