This mission can be started via several different methods.

1. You come across a mercenary base on Sharjila in the Macedon system and just storm it.
2. After completing a main plot world and leaving the system you will get a message from Nassana Dantius.
3. You can get information by hacking a terminal on Noveria, while you're busy with Noveria: Matriarch Benezia.
