Watermelon!!! This video is all about the benefits of watermelon for your hair!!
When both eaten and applied topically watermelon has some amazing benefits for our hair!
Promotes hair growth by boosting blood circulation on the scalp.
Moisturizes the hair,
Prevents hair loss
Contains citrulline, which increases the level of arginine and therefore good for promoting hair growth
Being a decent source of Vit A. This has been seen to activate hair follicles.
Prevents hair breakage as watermelon is a great source of potassium, calcium, Vits B^ & C.
🍉DIY Hair Mask:
1 teaspoon mayonnaise 2. watermelon
Mask the pulp of the watermelon using a fork. Add 1 tspn of mayonnaise until it becomes a thick paste.
Apply the paste to your scalp. Leave on for 30 min. Rinse and use mild shampoo.
