Mask Blur is a GPU plugin for After Effects that reads the alpha of an incoming layer as a per-pixel blur strength map. Opaque = blurred, transparent = sharp, with a smooth falloff in between — the cleanest way to drive depth-of-field, vignettes, or selective focus off a matte you've already painted, tracked, or generated.
