so over the hiatus i started this google doc where i throw literary theory and philosophy from my college courses at scott the woz because i was bored and where else am i going to use it? and in the process i noticed that scott as a character flip-flops between wanting to be and not be a virgin and i was like "huh that kinda fits with how virginity holds a contradictory dual role in our society as both a virtue and loser behavior. also rex mohs being a school dance chaperone fits with how those judgements of virginity depend on whether the person judging is an authority figure or a peer. neat. surely this is completely unintentional" and then the donkey kong barrel blast episode came out
