Mary Southard, of The Congregation of St. Joseph, La Grange Park IL, is both an artist and a spiritual director. One of the founding members of Sisters of Earth, Mary Southard has been producing art that fosters care for Earth, celebration of the Universe Story, and ecological Christianity since the 1980s. The "Earth Calendars" that she and other Sisters of Earth produce is one of the art series featured in this video, filmed by Connie Barlow in Mary's studio in November 2004.
