75% of humanity lacks access to medical imaging, with each scan costing thousands of dollars. Yet, medical imaging is key in diagnosing cancer and other disease. Former Facebook, Oculus VR and Google[x] alumni Mary Lou Jepsen talks about her new company Openwater, whose goal is to look deep into the body with the detail of a high-resolution 3D camera. This ground-breaking development means more patients will be empowered to know more about their bodies at a lower cost.
