"Healthy Habits" is the first taste of their upcoming album and comic book project …and the Sound of Speed, set for release in early 2026. The single marks the beginning of a new era for the band, where sound, storytelling, and visual art merge into one boundless creation.
…and the Sound of Speed is a cross-project art piece by Fast Malin Hofvander and Filthy Harald Ingvarsson, exploring the world they’ve built together through both music and comics. Each medium tells a different side of the story that is a never-ending friend-adventure, an intergalactic space rock saga about fate, hope, and love.
