It's Team Brotherhood of Mutants! ...even though Juggernaut isn't actually one, but their goals align, so he gets the pass. I primarily play as Magneto here, and the character that you defeat Apocalypse with then has to face your partner with afterward. Doing so only nets you seeing that character's ending, but going through Arcade counts towards the beating it with both for clearing the game with every character trophy.
