It's Team X (or Team Weapon X if you prefer). I primarily play as Sabretooth in this video. The character that you defeat Apocalypse with is who you'll have to face your partner with afterward at the end. A playthrough only nets you one ending. Thankfully, clearing the game with them counts towards both for the trophy, but I figured I'd do it with every character anyway for fun.
