To get it, hold down Light Punch (the default button for it is Square on PS4/PS5) when it shows your team versus who you're facing, and hold the button down until Dan does his intro. If he flops into frame and explodes, you did it right!
I primarily play as Dan Hibiki in this video and am challenged by Dark Sakura in this run. Only the character that you defeat Cyber-Akuma with will have their ending play.
