Jill Valentine Challenge: 3-beat waltz vs. 4-beat Techno

I really had trouble dealing with this one of two things. Merging the right beat and volume control. How is it that almost every original song has to be overpowering the MvC version? I'm dealing with that heavily with Arthur at this instant.
