Martyn was one of the co-founders of Team 17, created in 1990 and worked there for over 20 years.

He produced and was involved in many of Team 17’s classic titles such as Alien Breed, Alien Breed II, Alien Breed: Tower Assault, Alien Breed 3D 2, Apache, Arcade Pool, Assassin, ATR, Body Blows, Body Blows Galactic, F17 Challenge, Kingpin, Overdrive, Project-X, Qwak, Superfrog, Ultimate Body Blows and Worms for the Commodore Amiga; which was followed by sequels and additional projects across multiple platforms!
