Marsilea crenata are slow growing, low light plants and require little care. They will survive in low light but they won't grow much.
My Marsilea plant have stop growing since more than half a year ago. They have start growing runners and leaves when I first put them in. But ever since, they stop growing and stood in their place for over half a year not putting out any runners.
Putting the new LED fixture to test if it will grow or put out runners.... and what is the result..
