Ahead of the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) round at Oulton Park, the TOCA Safety Team and the BARC North West Centre delivered detailed safety training to a group of marshals from the British Motorsports Marshals Club (BMMC).
Regular training is essential for keeping skills fresh and ensuring marshals are prepared to respond safely and effectively when required. Small-group sessions provide an ideal learning environment, giving marshals the confidence to ask questions, practise techniques, and develop their skills in a safe and supportive setting.
BARC continues to support the BMMC and marshals across the sport, helping to strengthen safety knowledge and operational skills. By investing in marshal training, motorsport organisations are enhancing safety standards for everyone involved and contributing to improved driver safety on track.
