Sailor Mars's transformation which appears in the anime episode 152 "Burning Passion! Mars' Furious Deadly Attack" Rei held up the Crystal Change Rod, and the Mars symbol inside the crystal began to spin. She then turned around as streamers of fire emitted from the Rod, which finally coalesced into several rings around her body. The rings contracted and became the various pieces of her sailor fuku, and Sailor Mars assumed her finishing pose. Enjoy! :)

Sailor Neptunes attack which appears in the Sailor Moon SuperS movie. To perform it, she would hold the Deep Aqua Mirror and send a beam of light from its surface toward her target. It could then either reveal her targets weakness, allowing another Sailor Senshi (usually Sailor Uranus) to destroy it, or destroy the enemy itself.
NOTE: There are 2 versions of Submarine Reflection (this is the first one)
