In this session, i have briefly explained the Chapter XX and XX-A of IPC covering sections from 493 to 498A along with Section 198 of CrPC, which is quite important as to how and when will court take cognizance of such cases and Section 125 of CrPC, which covers Maintenance of Wives, Children and Parents.
