I spent the day with family at Jesse Jones park’s Nature fest. There, I ran into Mark Vorderbruggen(one of my favorite persons). Mark works as a chemist, but most of his free time is dedicated to teaching others about wild edible plants. Mark is also an author, avid outdoorsman, prepper, and survivalist. Most everything I know of wild edible plants has been through him.

He also has a blog. It’s not up to date, but an interesting read.
