Mark Rice-Oxley, journalist for The Guardian newspaper and author of "Underneath The Lemon Tree - A Memoir of Depression and Recovery" gave a Talk at The Isbourne 24th May, 2018. In this interview he explains how he reacted when he was told by his doctor that he was suffering from depression. He also tells us the tactics he used to aid his recovery.
