I asked to be seated on Clearwater's Downtown Development Board which is an advisory board which reports to the city council. The majority of the board now is made up of Scientologists at a time when Scientology and its members have secretly purchased virtually all remaining property downtown in cash over the past three years.

Several prominent Scientologists spoke against my appointment before the council took a vote.
